
Greetings! Here are just a few Anti-Inflammatory recipes, ENJOY.
It all starts with an idea so bring out your juicer/ blender and get creative inside your nutrition kitchen. Have fun.
Golden milk
• 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk, preferably coconut milk or almond milk
• 1 cup water
• 1 (3-inch) cinnamon stick
• 1 (1-inch) piece turmeric, unpeeled, thinly sliced, or 1/2 tsp dried turmeric
• 1 tsp tulsi (optional)
• 1 (1/2-inch) piece ginger, unpeeled, thinly sliced
• 1 Tbsp maple syrup
• 1 Tbsp virgin cold-pressed coconut oil
• 1/4 tsp whole black peppercorns
• Ground cinnamon (for serving)
Elderberry tea
It all begins with an idea.
• 2 cups of water to a pot
• 2 tablespoons of dried Elderberries
• 1 Cinnamon stick Boil
Reduced heat to low Simmer for 15 mins
Rest for 5 minutes
• Drain Serve or add Ice (optional)
Blueberry Smoothie
Add to Blender:
• 2 cups of Coconut Water
• 2 cups of Blueberries
• 1 frozen Banana 1/2 cup of Non-dairy Yogurt
• 1 tablespoon Flaxseeds
Blend until creamy or purple & enjoy!
