Matcha latte Smoothie

• Matcha latte powder

• Hemp, chia , flax seeds

• Oats

• Amaranth

• Quinoa

• Cinnamon

• Brown sugar

• A tea spoon of honey

• Maca root

BEET you To ThE Punch Juice.

  • 1 beetroot

  • 1 –2-inch knob fresh ginger

  • 1 celery stalk

  • 1 apple

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 bunch fresh mint

  • 1 tablespoon apple-cider vinegar

GUT LOVING GREEN SMOOTHIE.

I do my best not to eat late so I combined lunch w/ dinner meal.

• 1-2 cups homemade almond milk

• 1/2 green apple

• 1 cup kale

• 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks

• 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

• 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds

• Small handful of almonds with their skins

• 1/4 avocado (optional)

• 1 tablespoon raw honey

• 1 tablespoon homemade yogurt - (None dairy, coconut, nut milk)
